You don’t have to be fast, fit, or flawless to start running. You just need the right support. At RunFit, we specialize in helping runners who feel like they’re not “built” for running — whether you’ve had too many injuries, feel uncoordinated, or think you’re too slow to improve. Our coaching memberships combine expert coaching, gait analysis, and personalized guidance to help you run with confidence, strength, and purpose.

Who is this for?

  • “I feel too unfit to run.” We meet you where you are — no judgment, just a clear plan to build strength, endurance, and confidence step by step.
     
  • “I’ve had too many injuries.” We use RE gait analysis to uncover the root causes and build a rehab strategy that protects you from setbacks.
     
  • “I feel uncoordinated when I run.” Our coaching focuses on movement quality, rhythm, and control — so you feel smoother, lighter, and more in sync.
     
  • “I run too slow to be coached.” Speed doesn’t matter. Progress does. We coach runners of all paces to move better, feel better, and enjoy the run.

What’s included

  • Initial Gait Assessment A one-time, in-person session using R- technology to analyze your running mechanics and identify key areas for improvement.

  • Personalized Running Technique Plan Based on your assessment. We build a plan tailored to your bodies ability and focus on important technique .

  • Ongoing Coaching Sessions Choose a membership that fits your pace and lifestyle — each session includes guided movement coaching, structure plan and progress tracking.

  • Structured warm up, mobility and stretching drills.

🟢 RunFit Foundation Membership

One coaching session per month

Perfect for beginners or returning runners who want expert guidance without pressure. This membership gives you a monthly one-on-one session to check in, adjust your rehab or training plan, and stay on track — at your own pace.

🔵 RunFit Momentum Membership

Two coaching sessions per month

Ideal for runners ready to build consistency and confidence. With two personalized sessions each month, you’ll get hands-on support, progress tracking, and expert coaching to help you move better, stay injury-free, and feel stronger with every run.
